I put up my new irssi script, irssi2fest. It’s another irc to Festival Speech Synthesis System scheme. irssi’s scripting scheme provides a much more straightforward method than the old log-grepping method I was using with bx2fest.

I’m tempted to link to one of gregh’s images to try to make it into the Image Linking Hall of Shame, but if I did then gregh would know who you are and you would end up as part of his “Giant Intarweb Thinking Machine” project. Also, I predict there will be a rash of l4mers trying to bust into the Hall of Shame and then I would be on there with no way to get out.

Nuclear Taco Night –SXSW is over, but It was the most fun ever (evar!). I finally got the Deekster, Karl, and hoyhoy together. What a pleasure it was to play with those cats!
Tacos were, as usual, excellent. Hats off to the whole nuclear crew.

Manalive that’s the last time I’m talking to media people. I specifically told the reporter that I would pay her one hundred dollars if she described me as a cross between Chris Duarte and Eric Johnson. I specifically said not to mention that I had given her the idea, because that makes me seem like a megacephaloon.
So of course she writes that I’m “an electric guitar player who considers himself a cross between Chris Duarte and Eric Johnson.”

Well, I’m not paying for that!
