GutenPalm Goodies:

GutenPalm is a really cool, full-featured and GPL'd document reader for PalmOS thingies. Highly recommended.
Here are some things that have made my GutenPalm experience more enjoyable:
zjargon:
There's really no text better suited to reading on a Palm than The Jargon File. It's just a nice thing to have when you're stuck waiting for something.

Download it here: zjargon431.tar.gz
Check the README: README

If There is a newer version of The Jargon File available and I haven't snapped on it yet please email me. Also see below.
jarg2ztxt:
This is the script that rolls the flat-text version or The Jargon File into ztxt's. If I've been remiss about updating the version of The Jargon File available here or you want to tweak the format a bit or whatever you can use this.

Download it here: jarg2ztxt.1.tar.gz
Check the README: README

requires makeztxt and things like Perl and gzip that should be considered standard on any UNIX-like OS.
man2ztxt:
This is a cool little script that will quickly format and optionally install manpages and perldocs on a palm.

Download it here: man2ztxt.08.tar.gz
Check the README: README

Requires: The obvious things (like man and it's associated dependencies) and, of course makeztxt and fmt (which is part of the GNU textutils (if you have "man" you certainly have "fmt")).
