I still can&#8217;t figure out why they want it, but it looks like it&#8217;s getting settled in a normal and fair way. The money and stuff is good, but the best part was when our lawyer told them that we were, <i>of course<\/i>, aware that they had the power to just condemn the land anytime they wanted. <i>ie.<\/i> &#8220;We know that your city attorney duped you into wasting $30,000.00.&#8221; Haha.  <br \/>We tried to add the condition that the city council had to line up and all take a punch, but they drew the line at that.
