Thanks Steve, not <I>just<\/I> for putting us on the cover, but for making our magazine the best looking association magazine out there.  <P>I posted the <A href=\"http:\/\/lowdrag.org\/irc2fest\/\">tools and instructions<\/A> I use for IRC -> speech synthesis. It&#8217;s a dirty kluge I cooked up so I could listen to IRC while I worked on an elegant solution, but it works well enough that I haven&#8217;t gotten around to figuring out the elegant solution yet. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Finally, I made the cover of Command Magazine.
