My favorite computer seems to be dying. It’s an Inspiron 7.5k, 466 Mhz Celeron. The specs seem a little tired nowadays, but that big screen at 1400×1050 made it a very comfortable laptop to me. 6 xterms per workspace with space to spare. -Well, space for something really skinny. It still runs just fine, just doesn’t always communicate with the kbd and monitor. -Not a good trait for a laptop, but dying this way has given me the luxury of making sure I have everything important backed up before I try any drastic lifesaving measures. <\/p>\n
